The steps a customer goes through in the process of purchasing a product

Description

The AIDA model is based on four stages that attract people who are deciding on a product or service

Attention: create brand awareness or affiliation with your product or service.

Interest: generate interest in the benefits of your product or service, and sufficient interest to encourage the buyer to start to research further.

Desire: create a desire for your product or service by showing off advantages. Show the reviews (social proof).

Move the consumer from 'liking' it to 'wanting it' - create scarcity

Action: CTA button encouraging to take an action. Make the process of purchase as easy as it can be.

Application

Attention
Create compelling and attention-grabbing content for digital platforms to attract potential customers. This could include eye-catching visuals, intriguing headlines, or engaging social media posts. By capturing users' attention, you can draw them into your marketing funnel and increase awareness of your brand or product.

Action
Implement clear and persuasive calls-to-action (CTAs) across your digital channels to prompt users to take the desired action, such as making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, or downloading a resource. Use actionable language and design elements to guide users towards conversion points and facilitate the final step in the purchasing journey.
